100gm Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 100gm platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Last updated: January 2026. By registering or continuing to use the 100gm platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 100gm platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by these terms and all related policies published from time to time. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
To register and use the 100gm platform, you must:
- Being at least 18 years old or having reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Registering with truthful, complete, and accurate personal information.
- Not located in any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts lawful use of this type of service.
- Must not be a person whose account has previously been suspended or closed by 100gm due to policy violations.
The 100gm platform reserves the right to reject registration applications or terminate any account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe eligibility criteria have not been met.

2. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Each user is allowed to hold only one active account on the 100gm platform. Multiple accounts owned by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended and any balances held pending investigation.
You are fully responsible for:
- Keep your password and account login details confidential. 100gm will never request your password through any communication channel.
- All activity under your account, whether performed by you or any other person you have authorized or not authorized to access it.
- Notify the 100gm support team immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Update your account information whenever personal details such as phone number or payment method change.
100gm reserves the right to request identity verification (including copies of identification documents) at any time, especially before processing withdrawals exceeding certain limits. This is a standard security measure to protect user accounts.

3. Payments, Transactions, and Money Policy (MYR)
All transactions on the 100gm platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies directly.
Deposit
You can deposit funds using payment methods supported by the platform, including approved local e-wallets and online bank transfers. Minimum deposit amounts are stated in your account’s deposit section. 100gm is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals will only be processed to bank accounts or payment methods registered in the user’s name. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be entertained. 100gm may temporarily suspend withdrawals during identity verification or security checks. Processing times vary based on the selected method and the user’s VIP level.
Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods specified in their respective promotional terms. Abuse of bonuses, including multiple account usage or betting methods designed to bypass wagering requirements, may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

4. Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limits
Users agree to use 100gm only for lawful, personal purposes. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:
- Using any software, bots, automated scripts, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without written permission.
- Engaging in fraud, identity falsification, or providing false information during registration or verification.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any financial criminal activities.
- Attempting to exploit technical flaws or bugs in the platform to gain unfair advantage.
- Sharing or transferring account balances to other users without platform permission.
100gm is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control including internet outages, natural disasters, or issues with third-party payment systems. The platform’s liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user within 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Account Suspension and Closure
100gm reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in cases of suspected fraud or abuse, failure to comply with identity verification requests, violation of any terms here, or upon request by relevant authorities. Any funds in suspended accounts will be frozen pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is found, balances will be returned.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 100gm platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software, is the exclusive property of 100gm or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or commercially using any content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The 100gm platform may include links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. We have no control over the content or policies of these third-party sites and are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from their use. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites before providing personal information.

6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law

It is the user’s responsibility to check this page regularly to stay informed of the latest terms. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitute acceptance of those changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision will be considered severable and the remaining provisions will remain fully effective.
